HCV Antibody (CLIA): Reactive, value 1.33 (cutoff >1.0 = reactive) HCV Antibody (ELISA): Non-reactive, value 0.27 (cutoff <1.0 = non-reactive) HCV RNA (PCR, Real-Time): <35 IU/mL ALT (SGPT): 8 U/L (Ref: 0–31 U/L) AST (SGOT): 14 U/L (Ref: 0–32 U/L) Could you please clarify: Is this considered an active HCV infection? Should I repeat the HCV RNA test? Is treatment necessary based on these results? Thank you for your time and guidance.

Sir, I m drinking alcohol continuosly from 15 days and having lose motions. Its around 8-9 times in a day from last three days. kindly suggest what to do??Plz. I m very tensed.

I have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease and doctor has advised Budez CR twice daily after food. For the last seven days I'm passing semi solid stool with a sudden urge to defecate accompanied with abdominal pain. I have taking this medicine for a month but for the first 3 weeks I was having no such problem. Can you kindly suggest if this a side effect of the aforementioned medicine or something else?

My baby is experiencing slow weight gain. We conducted a TTG IgA test, which showed a result of 0.67, and the serum IgA result is 33. Given these results, is there a possibility of celiac disease? Should we proceed with a DGP antibody test for further evaluation? Is IGA level normal for my baby?

Usually, I go for a bowel movement only once a day when I'm at home. But in the morning before going to the office, it doesn't feel completely clear. After having tea, I feel the urge again and pass a little more. Then, after having my lunch at the office, I feel a strong urge to pass stool every day. But I hold it in. However, after I return home, that urge is no longer there-instead, I feel hungry. There was a time when I used to have a complete bowel movement once in the morning and didn't feel any pressure the entire day. Now, out of fear of pressure or urge, I avoid eating anything outside... My stool not clear like before.. For the past few days, I've been having a problem where a lot of gas comes out during bowel movements, only a small amount of stool is passed, and the bowel doesn't feel completely cleared. I also get abdominal cramps before passing stool... Please help or suggest something

I feel constant pain in my stomach above my navel region. Sometimes I feel a lump and my upper stomach has become big . My stomach becomes full even when I eat very little. I feel a bit better drinking warm water.
