Gas formation in stomach all the time.

My mother is experiencing gas formation almost all the time, irrespective of what she eats. She is on BP, thyroid, arthritis and sugar medication for more than 25 years now. Have consulted many doctors and conducted numerous tests but results are always good, nothing to be worried about. Still all the doctors says, they are not very sure of the exact reasons of gas formation. The stomach area becomes very hard during gas formation. My mother has tried all sorts of home remedies too but no results. She experiences breathing issues also during this time and is not able to sleep. Because when she lies down on the bed she find it hard to breathe due to the gas. For many nights she just walks around in the house to pass the gas. The stool is also not getting passed properly. Regarding the food habits she is not having any spicy food or junk food. What could be the possible reasons for the gas formation and any solution to this?

Upper right abdomen pain from 6 months

Dull/pushing pain comes and goes in right upper abdomen for over 6 months — worse post-afternoon, not present in mornings. Endoscopy showed 5mm antral ulcer and fundal gastritis. Took a week of medication — no relief from pain or flatulence, still continuing my medication. CT (abdomen with IV + chest with IV) normal; LFT shows slightly elevated GGT/ALP but AST/ALT normal. Fatty liver grade 1 diagnosed. Frequent flatulence. Bloating especially after certain foods. Minor discomfort in the right abdomen after eating.Occasional stomach cramps after passing stools.minor diarrhea symptoms morning Sweet breath noted. HbA1c: 6.3, Pain increases when pressing the right abdomen, especially during the treadmill running, pain often worsens after eating. Kindly help identify the underlying issue — could it be due to the ulcer or something else? Although the pain and other symptoms are manageable I want to understand the issue, Please advise if any further tests or diagnosis are needed.

UC n cancer risk and hemoglobin deficien

My mother was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2023. She underwent partial colon surgery and received 8 cycles of CAPOX chemotherapy. The following year, due to hemoglobin deficiency, a colonoscopy was done — and stomal ulcer and ulcerative colitis (UC) were detected. She has been under treatment for the past year. But again, her hemoglobin has dropped from 11 to 9.8 and is increasing very slowly. My questions: 1. Can this type of ulcerative colitis turn into cancer? 2. Can this type of ulcerative colitis cause hemoglobin to fluctuate even during treatment?

Urgent severe cough with throat irritation Mom's age: 59 I was having  medication for acidity, severe burping, IBS, dyspepsia, and severe flatulence.
