IM 45 YEARS OLD SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC CONSTIPATION DUE TO THIS I HAD ANAL FISSURE WHICH WAS CONFIRMED BY PROCTOSCOPY.NOW MY FISSURE HAS IMPROVED AS THERE IS NO PAIN N BLEEDING BUT AFTER MOTION I FEEL IRRITATION IN MY RECTUM AREA.RIGHT NOW IM USING FIDONAL CREAM N DAFFLON 1000MG BUT IT HAS NO USE.PLZ HELP ME OUT WITH GOOD MEDICINES.

Is it advisable to go for Haitel hernia surgery at 90 when he is bed ridden because of other problems

I am contacting regarding my father. He is diagnosed with esophageal varices because of which esophageal banding has been done. Is there any way to cure it.? He is also having diabetes and pressure problem. What are the best possible ways to cure it.?

I have swollen skin around my anus ,from few weeks. It hurts some times while sitting and i can feel it while cleaning anus after passing bowl.

SIR I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING WEIGHT LOOSS PLANS FROM LAST 9 YEARS INITIALLY I HAVE UNDERGONE FOR A CONTROLLED DIET PLAN AND Controlled nearby 96 - 98 kgs Since 3 years iam getting weight gain and Not Loosing weight by Any means I think some Glandular Abnormalities or Hormonal Abnormalities may be active inside Body and Not allows to loose weight after a restricted Diet plan and Dietary Adviced Food Plans I want to be treated about this

Im having anal dryness, cracked feeling skin, light itching and a poking feeling near anus since 2 months. Inserting picture. I can notice 2 small bumps also near anus. It does not pain. The itching is mild but its creating discomfort and a poking feeling. No pain and no blood. Im having mild bacterial vaginitis also from same 2 months but that is settling now. The BV has almost cured. I have taken antifungal and antibiotic medicine for the vaginitis. But my anal issue is still existing. Does vaginal infections cause anal issues? Because after the vaginitis only the anal itching started. Can a gynaecologist help with my issue, is this something serious. Do i need to consult a proctologist now or what do I need to do. Im very frustrated because though its mild, its not going completely. Can anyone prescribe me medicine if its not very serious

One of the nearby doctor suggest me USG renal. When I done it I found few tiny polyps and one large of 4×4mm in size. Are these normal or should I go for other medicines treatment.

My MIL had intestinal surgery two years back, she could not have any high fiber food but now a days even simple carbs or anything , she started to getting stomach pain and urge to goto motion.

Cardiologist prescribed carvedilol 3.125 mg three times a day with 8 hours gap in view of high bp. 71 years early compensated cirrhosis. Asymptomatic. Mild pedal edema occassional.  BP fluctuates mostly in 144-150/80-90 , 160/90 up. At times 130/70 & up. Normal heart rate 70-80.    Currently on carvedilol 3.125 mg two times a day. Taking thyronorm for subclinical hypothyroidism, istamet for prediabetes, n multivitamins. From hepatologist point of view, is it ok to initiate the dose three times a day??
