Constipation
Hi I am having constipation from three months. I can pass the stools regularly but it is hard. I am having only rice and sambhar now and chapathi. I drink 2L of water but still it is of no use. It is quite difficult to pass stools. I have read on the internet that constipation is symptoms of colorectal cancer. Hence, am worries about that. The stools size has been significantly reduced as well. Please help me.

Constipation is not always related to colon cancer. You must be worried if u see fresh bleed in stools. Increase your water intake.
