Heartburn, burping and constipation
I actually had stomach burning sensation after having a spicy meal, for that my doctor prescribed me antacid and ppi. even after taking it my heartburn and burp does not resolve and i got constipation. it is my fifth day taking it, i still have heartburn and burping which will start in morning and it will be there until i pass stool and it will reduce afterwards and i am an breastfeeding mother and also ave stage 1 bladder prolapse
what reason may be it?

If its too much of trouble and not resolving despite antacids , it can be changed to more potent medications and plan for endoscopy
