GERD - Burping and Heartburn
I've been suffering from gerd for last 2 years. Have taken multiple medicines, from H Pylori kit, PPIs, to multiple endoscopy, even one time biopsy to rule out Eosinophilic Esophagitis( came out negative). But for the last 6 months I've rarely taken any medication. Just sometimes I take esomoprazol 40 mg. I've stopped taking outside food for last 1 year. Even at home I take boil food at breakfast, and at lunch and dinner light food with less spices. But everytime I take food, after 30-45 mins gas started to form and burping gets started. And sometime I feel like something is being stuck in my throat, so I've to forcefully burp to gey rid off it momentarily, which come back again. I'm now frustrated and no more want to visit doctor. What should I do??. Please help me
