I have severe functional megarectum and I have to know can x-ray detect it I am very tired plz say plz

Please see the report and see if it's a cause for a concern. I am in Vietnam so not very sure about the doctors here.

Please confirm is this serious concern, can delaying cause more issues and what are the treatment options. Should we consult oncologist?
