I had gallbladder laparoscopic surgery on 19th september 2025. After that I was having pain on mid rib and bilirubin( total, direct and indirect) and all liver enzymes were increased. Indirect was more than direct. Dr suspected retained stone but on mrcp it was clear and bilirubin started going down and liver enzymes also. Since last one month was taking udbest 300, bilirubin was normal but yesterday repeat test indirect bilirubin is high again. Also I am on strict oil free , less spicy home food diet. Having2-3 litres of water everyday with coconut water, buttermilk. reports are attached. Please suggest.

Detected crhon colitis 1 month ago  with occasional loose stool with mucus and blood now 10 days continuous loose stool but no mucus and blood but frequency is 2 times . That means inflammation is active again or is it normal in remission in crhon disease? Currently taking azoran 5 mg with wysolene 15 mg. Dr said it is normal in remission.

3 weeks back this problem started , back before I was eating raw paneer and refrigerated foods more often , then after some days I began to feel little off balance like symptoms , Then exactly 3 weeks before after taking dinner , I went to bed and woke up 30 min later with sweat and great discomfort, immediately took rantac 150 and sometimes later there was stool passing and then symptoms going off slowly, but after that day I started having severe indigestion along with vomiting for 3-4 days , plalpitations like pounding , cant able to sleep because of pounding , constipation, black brownish stool , brain fog , discomfort, excessive burping after eating , no appetite for whole day , bad breath after eating something sweet , Then after taking some local doctor visits they offered gastric medications but nothing worked, same sypmtoms coming again and again , now I am confused if its a bacterial issue or gastric issue , I am fed up by this problem, please help

It all starts with feeling of incomplete bowel movement, bloating like a balloon and fullness even after having bowel movement. Never remember to have well formed poop as per bristol chart. Stools were thin, sticky and not well formed. They are of 5/6 acc to bristol stool chart every day-sticky and mushy. I will have burning sensation and irritation in anal region after bowel movement every day. My breathing would not be smooth its kind of difficult with this bloating and heavy feeling and gives palpitations if severe. After having breakfast how much healthy it may be i get burning sensation in stomach. This gets worse after lunch with pains. Its severlely affecting my performance. Always feels some kind of pressure in head and brain fogginess. . Getting tired and exhausted easily. Passing of gas seems to alleivate somewhat but rarely passing these days. But not able to do so too. for more than 10 yrs i have been dealing with these. How to get well formed poop.

Plz help me. I AM just 19 y boy. I feel I will no more. Because I loss my sexual activity. My penis becomes so tight in flaccid state and some tightness feel at tailbone. Plz help me. It hurts very bad as the pain is persistent for a long period of time only painkiller reduce the pain

Pls find attached the recent results. I went to hospital with the symptoms of 4 kg weight loss in a period of 6 months and having some bitter taste qnd some stomach discomfort for the same period. I am a smoker for the past 25 years 5 to 6 cigs per day. Pls  Let me know if iam in crucial condition to start aggressive planning for the family future.

I was diagnosed with small sliding hiatal hernia and Gerd by gastro with extra manifestations -LPR as i had chronic cough and would vomit mucus n food. Upper GI , throat scope , barium swallow done . I was put in omeprazole 40 mg a day and then on cocktail of 20 mg Omperazole n 20 mg famotidine. I have made all lifestyle changes but my symptoms dont subside. I still get chronic cough. I lost 15 kgs of wt. i am not sure what to do now .

I want to ask is this piles because i am feeling uncomfortable since three days as if something is stuck in my anus and also here is little bit of swelling

I was recently hospitalised because i arrived in emergency with extreme abdominal pain. They did both USG and Endoscopy and both report came out totally normal. Some things were abnormal in my LFT (attached the file). writing some of the the haematology abnormalities here since i can't attach the file. The ESR 1st Hr is high-normal at 42 mm/1st hr (reference 36 - 46 mm/1st hr) My white blood cell differential shows an immune response pattern: Neutrophils are significantly elevated at 82% (reference 45 - 75%), and Lymphocytes are decreased at 12% (reference 25 - 45%). The Total WBC count is at the high end of normal, at 10920 /cumm (reference 4000 - 11000 /cumm). What is the underlying diagnosis for the combination of: chronic acid reflux,vomiting,extreme abdominal pain, significantly high inflammatory markers (CRP/Neutrophils), and highly deranged liver enzymes (AST/GGT), especially when the USG and Endoscopy were completely NORMAL?
