I have grade 2 piles and recently diagnosed with Anal fissure. I have discomfort kind of pain throughout the day after defecation in morning. How many days usually it takes for anal fissure recovery ? Can we take nimuselide+paracetamol+serratiopeptidase combination medicine for 15 days twice a day in anal fissure ? Doctor says that nimuselide is not good for liver Please suggest

From last 5 years I am suffering from joints pain upper foot , finger of legs , heel , below knee joints , lower back , but it happens only after taking of medicine ppi group , muccain gel, sucramal, cremafin, etc , I have consulted rhumetolgoist 5-6 , test done Ra , anti CCP ,ana, ENA,  TTG, CPK , hlab27 , mri of si joints and hip , triple phase whole body bone scan all test quite normal, so rhumetolgoist diagnose it as drug induced spondylopathy, I was continuously following rhumetolgoist 2021 to 2024 , in 2024 my all pain disappear automatically, so I left , in 3 years of span rhumetolgoist only prescribed nsaid sos , duloxitene, pregab , But recently due to dyspepsia I took some medicine like esmoprazol, now again same pain hurting me , pls suggest to whom should I consult

In the last 2 weeks I have been having pain in my stomach so the doctor suggested that I do sonography after sonography The result shows that a prominent bowel loop in the peri umbilical suggestive of infective etiology. Is this serious.
