Hi, pls find the attached prescription. I'm not finding some of them online and overall cost is also really high. These are prescribed for ibs-d and doctor advised me to take them during diarrhea episodes. Kindly suggest alternate medicine which are cost effective.

My father is  79 yrs old, was admitted in a hospital last month with breathing problem after afternoon sleep. ECG, Echo, Chest X-ray, BNP were all normal. Endoscopy showed gastric erythema and erosions, RUT negative. He was discharged with Voltapraz 20 (empty stomach morning) and Sucral-O after lunch. He has been taking these for 1 month, but still often gets breathing problem after lunch + nap. His motion does not clear fully every day, sometimes only partly, and he also gets stomach pain at times.

Why my belly muscle always pulsates like muscles contracts continuously without any pain? This movement increases when I'm hungry.. This is becoming a daily issue for me, please please guide me why this is happening?

Hello From past 3 months in law has been diagnosed with jaundice and then we conducted mrcp in which report being normal with no abnormalities with liver, jaundice was bought into control and medication was stopped but in last month jaundice came back, we conducted several tests and did CT abdomen contrast where it said that "liver: normal in size (14cm) and show mild diffuse coarse and fatty parenchymal attenuation with slightly irregular margins. no focal lesion. the portal vein is mildly dilated upto 12 mm and shows thin hypodense central thrombotic strands within its lumen without significant stenosis. the intrahepatic portal venous radicals are normal. no evidence of intrahepatic biliary radicular dilatation. the hepatic veins and intrahepatic portion of inferior venacava are normal. few small portosystemic collaterals noted in perigastric, perisplenic and umbilical region" The doctor said that this is cirrhosis and liver transplant mght require, steroids started, can any1 check

My LFT report, Total Bilirubin 1.16 mg/dL, Direct Bilirubin is slightly elevated 0.39 mg/dL, indirect is Normal, 336 U/L ALP, rest all normal, what can be the issue, No yellow skin, No dark urine, No pale stools, No pain, Just mild heartburn sometimes, And Tiredness & Anxiety, nerves blinking, Plz help. Hi, I'm a nursing mother and my son is 18 months old. For the past 8 months I have had frequent loose motions especially when I travel or when I dont sleep, after eating mutton / fish at times. I have never had digestion issue before delivery which bothered me a lot. I consulted a gastro doctor and did colonoscopy last month and everything is normal in my colon. No inflammation, ulcer or polyps. It was clean. After that doctor prescribed me anti diarrhoeal and probiotic for 15 days. It's been a month now but I still get mild cramps and loose stool (not diarrhea) when i eat fatty foods and also passing lot of gas than before colonoscopy. My periods are irregular still and I have noticed loose stool before and during periods also. Gal bladder, kidney, uterus and everything is normal in abdomen usg. Can I please know if I need to take any probiotic/ supplement on long term or any home remedy that helps? Please advise.
