My biopsy result after colonoscopy found moderate chronic active ileitis with reactive lymphoid nodules . No mycobacterium tuberculosis is found. But weight loss, diarrhea occurs every 3-4 days., what is the solution please let me know

I have 3 small polyps largest size 2.47mm in gall bladder and fatty liver grade 1 . What is best advice for me and please suggest medicine for inflammation in gall bladder.

Have been suffering from constipation since childhood. It’s not that I don’t pass stool at all — I do every single day, but I face a lot of struggle (40–50 minutes). Hi Doctor Recently i have done with ultrasound due some mild pain at right abdomen. There is no major symptoms now . One of the doctor sugested take Ursocol 300mg tablet two times daily's 60 tablets. Report says : Cholelithiasis Will this tablet dissolve stone in gall bladder??

2 week ago 1 day I have constipation after passing stool I can not sit whole day it's too much pain after some days it was itching inside annus. I did endoscopy and in the report RUT positive and antrum - inflamed with erosions . Just worried is it normal and curable ?
