I am 23 years old, recently I have been diagnosed with mild fatty liver and gallstones. The usg report tells - "GALL BLADDER::Distended. Wall is thickened 4 mm, containing multiple fine calculi with posterior acoustic shadow. Large calculus of 2 mm". I have no symptoms like pain or anything, but (only in summer) I experience gas pain only in a 6-7 months gap, not continuously. Is cholecystectomy the only option I have now currently? If not please help me with other options

From past 3 4 days I am noticing yellow mucus like thing in my stool, no pain or weight loss or blood in stool. Also stool is not runny, it is little bit loose, and i feel like going to washroom 3 4 times a day, earlier before this only going 2 times a day. Three months before I had been diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 with hepatomegaly and splenomegaly, also I am suffering from obesity and metabolic syndrome

I have been experiencing persistent digestive issues. Whenever I eat, I feel like the food gets stuck in my throat, along with acidity and pain in my stomach. I am also feeling burning sensation in throat while I eat. Soon after eating, I get a strong urge to pass stool, but I am unable to do so properly and experience pain and a burning sensation.
