Blood in stool this week 3-4 days Normal bowel habit No pain in anus area But little bit feel like acidity problem Stool is fully yellow but with little bit drop of blood(red colour) No constipation I am very tenced Is it any thing serious like colon cancer?

Hell doc, i have done my lft test. Everything was normal except alkaline phosphatase which was 171, but doctor doesn't show any cause of concer and given me vit d, calcium tablets as my vit d was 3 in blood test which was extremely low and b12 was also low..i accept that my eating cycle is very bad..i have attached the report can you please look at it once and tell me is something concerning as till now i don't have any symptom of abdomen problem..although my gut is not clear because of eating pattern and drinking less water I'm working on it, apart from this do i need to do anything?

I have very serious problem related to my stomach and esophagus. For last 1 year I feel regular gas and acidity problem. Excessive gas production and gas release.. Acidity, excessive belching, undigested food coming out through esophagus. At night sometimes suddenly wake up from sleep feeling gas coming upward  in the chest. It feels like very much chest discomfort sometimes pain or even sometimes breathing issues. And at that moment I feel like high bp..it feels like heart attack or stroke something will happen..then if gas tablet is taken then its little better. Tried homeopathy and also Ayurvedic. In homeopathy. Initially was better but after 2 months of medication then it again started and more serious than earlier. As of now I'm taking Ayurvedic medicine for last 15 days. But I'm not seeing that much improvement. Please guide me. N.B- tested LFT, lipid profile, Upper abd USG ( all are ok somehow)

I have been suffering from foul-smelling gas for the last three years. No particular food causes it. Any food consumed causes a smell. Sometimes I feel gas being stuck in different parts of my body and it releases very slowly. The main problem is smell. I don't have any other digestive issues other thn occasionally contipation. Charcoal tablets, probiotic meds , hingwastik churna didn't work well. Please tell me how to fix this smell as early as possible. If it is fermentation of food problem in the digestive area how to get rid of this( I am getting married in December) . PS - SIBO and H. pylori reports are negative, Ultrasound is fine and endoscopy is normal. No celiac and lactose allergy. Any other test required?

My grandmother is experiencing burning sensation in anus everytime she poops. Please suggest some medications and ointment and remedies urgently. P.S : She is a complete bed patient, unable to sit straight and walk.

My daughter usg is normal doest show enlarge lymph node she has pain on lower right side of abdomen CECT show one enlarge lymph node 15 by 7 mm she has pain on walking she has constipation and gastric trouble her esr is 5 LFT kft cbc vit b normal vit. D 9.00 after taking medicine course for 15 days a repeated ultrasound show no nodes visulised she has dull pain on walking why node doest not visulise in ultrasound what is the issue and what will be treatment has no fever wt loss good appetite
