Persistent burps, pain the back and jaw pain. Ate dal in the night. And the pain keeps getting worse.

Total bilirubin is 0.79 and indirect is 0.30 and direct is 0.49 .....is it normal...all other test is completely normal

4 months post C-section, breastfeeding. Since delivery having loose stools 4–5 times/day, weight loss from 66 kg → 60 kg, and anxiety with fear of eating. Past history of similar symptoms 6 years ago post-miscarriage, diagnosed IBS-D/functional bowel disease, improved with Trymptomer 10 mg + Colospa. Recent: Gastro suspected SIBO → Taximo + probiotics (no relief). Another gastro diagnosed functional bowel disease, advised psych consult. Psychiatrist started Pexep CR + Zolofresh, stopped after 2 days due to watery stools. Now on Trymptomer again. Tests (CBC, CRP, thyroid, stool, calprotectin) all normal. Main concerns: persistent loose stools, weight loss, anxiety about health. Seeking long-term solution.

I am drinking plenty of water in a day, eating home cooked food, and exercising regularly but still not able to poop. Earlier, two years back, I used to poop immediately after waking up in the morning but now, hardly I see anything in my toilet. I even drink 1 litre of water before brushing my teeth in the morning but no feel of going to the washroom. No pressure itself. After a few days, when I don't poop then I had to take an anti Constipation tablet after that I will poop but the next day, the same thing happens. Please help!

Since last night I have been having acid reflux . Morning before breakfast I have taken one Nexpro Rd 40. No relief. Have had my lunch an hour ago. What medicine can I take to stop reflux now.

I am suffering constipation from last 15 days, when I eat something I feel mild pain both side of abdomen middle ( right side more) , and in empty stomach also

I have grade 2 fatty liver and increased sgot and alkaline phosphates levels. After one month changed life style and medication, liver enzymes reduced to normal ranges but indirect bilirubin increased from 0.6 to 1.9. What shall be the reason

During the annual health checkup, my sgot sgpt is found raised 56,  75 , I consulted the gastroenterologist and prescribed rifagut 400 mg x 5 days bd , cizaspa x , vonoprazon 20 mg , The doctor prescribed me a combination of cetrizine and montelukast, I want to know that these can affect the liver , despite all parameters of LFT being normal, last year fatty grade 2 was found on sonography

I m feeling discomfort and burning feeling surrounding is painful when I try to massage the area. What is the reason and which doctor should I contact for treatment

Pl explain report. Feel sometimes pain under rib area and gas problem.................. Bulky uterus and cervix .
