Having upper stomach pain from 1 week
I have been having upper stomach pain for the past one week. On the first day, I had one episode of vomiting, but after that I haven’t vomited again. From the next day, I started taking Pan D on an empty stomach in the morning for 6 days, along with Pudin Hara after food. I have now stopped the medicines, but the pain is still there. The pain is manageable, but it has not completely gone away

Need to do USG abdomen to rule out Gall bladder stones. If pain is radiating to back, amylase lipase helps. If USG is normal, probably you require Endoscopy. Consult a general surgeon
