Based on what you’ve described, this appears to be a functional bowel issue, commonly seen with chronic constipation or irritable bowel pattern, where stools are passed infrequently with a feeling of incomplete evacuation even though the stool is not hard. The sensation of something stuck in the throat without pain or difficulty swallowing is often related to acidity, reflux, or stress-related globus sensation.
Next Steps
I suggest increasing fiber in your diet, drinking enough water, fixing a regular toilet routine (preferably after meals), avoiding straining, and reducing tea, coffee, spicy and processed foods. Eat meals on time even if appetite is low. A mild laxative, fiber supplement, probiotics, and short-term acidity medication may help. If symptoms continue, further evaluation will be needed.
