I have IBS symptoms for a long time. I don't know which food triggers and which doesn't. Sometime, when I eat junk, it is all fine. Sometime I eat good healthy home food it triggers. I mostly have incomplete bowl and constipated even if the stool is not hard. I am a person who generally eat at home and occasionally eat outside, that too low in quantity. Yesterday, I had a lump outside my anus and it started swelling and paining and burning. No bleeding.  Does the lump go on its own and how long does it take? Is it starting stage of Hemmoroids? I have never had this before. Can I do home remedies to relieve this? I feel so discomfort while sitting and walking. Please help. I'm not sure if I can attach the photos here. So I didn't attach

I have noticed a swelling near my anus, which appears to be a vein, ending in a small bump. The bump is usually painless, but occasionally causes mild discomfort, especially after sitting for long periods or during bowel movements. There is no discharge, bleeding, or pus. The swelling has been present for 3 month, and its size is approximately a pea.

Benign cyst at the head of the pancreas 1.5cm is required surgery or can resolve on their own...or what other precautionary step I have to take and what type of diet I have to follow.  Please guide me....

I have been experiencing the lower back pain, along with heaviness and pain in my rib cage, especially on the left side. For the past 3 days, I have not had a proper bowel movement. I also don’t feel like eating in the morning and afternoon, and whenever I do eat, it feels like the food is not digesting properly. Each morning when I wake up, I still feel full. At times, I also experience a sour sensation in my throat. Additionally, I have pain in my back and neck.

Hello, I was diagnosed with mild UC 18 months ago and I have been on Mesacol OD -3tabs and Econorm 250 mg daily .A week ago my GI doctor did my colonoscopy and findings are completely normal without any inflammation or ulcers even in biopsy. Doctors has asked me to stop Mesacol OD but did not tell me whether to stop immediately or taper it down to stop gradually. Can anyone please suggest how to stop it?? Thanks

Blirubin Total- 2.1mg/dl Bilirubin Direct- 0.9 mg/dl Bilirubin Indirect - 1.9 mg/dl SGOT/AST- 49.2 U/L SGPG/ALT- 69.7 U/L For the past 4 years, my bilirubin level has stayed at this same elevated level. About 2 years ago, I took Liv 52 and Udiliv for 1 month on docotr recommendation, which successfully brought my total bilirubin down to 1.8. However, it eventually went back up to its current level. Following my doctor's recommendation, I also had tests for hepatitis B and C, but all the results came back completely normal. The doctor ultimately assured me that there is nothing to worry about. what to do now? I am attaching both present and previous reports also. Please check.🙏🙏

Hello! I have long standing case of IBS-D, the first colposcopy was done in 2020 which was absolutely normal. Since then I have had frequent flair-ups. I go for regular check ups and even I asked my doctors if I need another colonoscopy. They delay saying not required. I constantly suffer from loosing motions, bloating,chest burn and weight loss. What do you suggest, should I change my doctor and go for a voluntary colonoscopy to avoid any complications in future or just follow my doctors advise?
