Pain in upper right abdomen with bloatin

Gallbladder: Well-distended. The gallbladder wall thickness is within normal limits. Calculi: Multiple mobile, echogenic foci are noted within the gallbladder lumen, the largest measuring 7 mm, consistent with cholelithiasis. Polyp: A single, non-mobile, non-shadowing echogenic lesion is noted projecting from the gallbladder wall, measuring approximately 4 mm. Biliary Tree: There is evidence of mild dilatation of the proximal biliary tree. Results of my abdomen ultrasound. What's the next course of action?
