My family member age 20  she had pain in her stomach few days ago which is gone after consulting with general physician he had prescribed some medicines but she had bowel problem she had bowel in 2 days so the dr suggested some tests and usg her usg shows some things in impressions it also shows some multiloculated septated cystic lesion something what is that is it not tumour n plzz say I am very scared plzz check the report doctors it's urgent I am uploading the report

I am staying at a government hostel at a college for higher studies where the mess food is contaminated and we have no other option. I got LFT, USG, KFT and other tests done, everything is normal and is checked by doctor. Every night after eating food at the mess i feel bloating, even though I walk after every meal, and after few hours watery motions happen like diarrhoea. It's happening everyday as the food quality is bad. Is there any medicine or way in which I can protect my intestine and stomach even after eating this food. I have already consumed more than 3 strips of bifilac cap in a month and still struggling. Same issue with fellow hostel mates. Any syrup or medicine which can be gastroprotective in nature, other than ppis.

Dear doctor I have been experiencing slight pain when I press my lower right abdomen but otherwise without pressing no pain . In the year 2022 I had severe pain sane area doctor checked did usg and said nothing to worry gave some medicine like olab o, jemoheak a nd a pain killers for five days it went away . But now again when I press right lower abdomen it slightly pains but otherwise no pain at all. Is, it ibs or any other thing not appendix na doctor... Regards Sandy

Hi doctor i am suffering with anal canal itching and skin sides to the anal canal itching. I visited multiple dermatologist they used to say skin is normal but prescribed me oral antibiotics, anbiotic cream, antifungal cream, calamine lotion and i have used vaseline as well but no luck. Anal region skin is giving me a very bad stinging sensation whenever coconut oil or cream..even when water is coming in contact with the skin it is getting irritated. I had viral one month back, Dr has given antibiotics, then I started experiencing loose motion which lasted for 15-20 days.
