I have been facing issues of blood in stool from last 3 years.. stomach not getting clear from last 1 week... No weight loss... Anemia 8.8 hemoglobin.. is it hemorrhoids

My Mom is a heart & mysthenia gravis patient since long years. Now from last year fatty liver problem arises and simple cyst also came in ct scan of 20mm. We already consulted gastro doctors & they didn't gave any specific medication for both issues just gave digestive & pain killer medicine. She sometimes faces pain for which she takes pain killer. Please i want to know what will be the best procedure for fatty liver & this cyst as nowadays cysts are the worst nightmare. Let me know what best we can do , does this both requires treatment?

I have been suffering from fissure for last 9 years right after childbirth before that I was perfectly normal I am not having constipation but starting stool is a little bit hard that causes flare ups i feel very comfortable when I use PEG 3350+isabgol. Hi, I have noticed blood in my stool..this happens once in 3 months or 6 months and stays for 2-3 days and goes away. I have noticed that when I consume alcohol for 3-4 days continuous it happens and it doesn't pain when I pass stool.. I start to eat healthy like High fibre food or gut friendly food and it goes away .

Sharp pain at the start of bowel movements with blood on the surface of the stool for 10 days sometimes like lines or patches(blood) So I visited the doctor and got a prescription for 15 days. She saw anal tear but not sure of hemorrhoids inside so prescribed following medicines 1 sitcom forte -15 days 2 fidonal ointment- twice 3 Livoluk RF fibre Powder (said to get soft stools) I ONLY BOUGHT 7 TABLETS OF SITCOM FORTE FROM HOSPITAL LATER FOUND OUT I CAN'T  BUY THEM LOOSE AT PHARMACY SO IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE FOR THIS TABLET FOR OTHER 7 DAYS OR SHOULD I ONLY TAKE 7 DAY COURSE AND CONTINUE WITH OTHER 2 MEDICINE . Also my pain almost gone now  but still seeing blood patches on stool and mentioned same to doctor. Could you pls help me on this so that I can start taking medicine.

I am 63 years old CKD patient with creatinine of baseline 2.5 from past 9 years. I was suffering from renal calculus initially and was diagnosed with bilateral renal calculus and was removed. Currently, I dont have such issue but I am suffering from IBS issue where I take tablets when diarrhoea happened. Stool occult is negative. My hemoglobin is low currently at 9.8 despite taking erythropoietin injection. Kindly help and medication if possible for my IBS related. Due to my frequent loose motion, I cannot hold nutrients on my body

Have had papillary carcinoma back in 2018 and had thyroidectomy and radioactive iodine then itself, have been normal since then. Is it okay if I can start mounjaro for weight loss?
