Some doctors have advised that Pan-40 should be taken before meals and Pan-D after meals. I wanted to clarify: if I am prescribed Pan-D and forget to take it before food, can I take it after meals instead?

I am suffering from acid reflux from past 4 months . Attaching my endoscopy report for reference it mentioned hills grade 3 and h pylori positive. Kindly see my reports and suggest next steps routine blood work is normal for cbc, hb, creatinine,lft, lipd, vitamin d, tsh except for Vitamin b12 is deficient it's 118

My father is facing a strong hunger sensation in every 2 hours, if not taking heavy meals instantly it causes strong pain in belly and the pain spreads in whole body, heart and head , he has to take heavy meals 6-7 times a day . All the tests are normal including the amylase test . No constipation, a bit of gastric problem, pantop is not working.

I have esophagitis LA GRADE D and hiatus hernia. No other problem. Non diabetic, non hypertensive. I face reflux issues daily and am completely fade up of it. Went to numerous doctors everyone prescribing ppi. I am on: Rabeprazole 40 OD Sucral O - BD Am I on the right treatment? Can it help?

I have been suffering with swelling in anal area can be feel outside by hand while passing stool.i have consulted doctor got examined by some instrument in putting in anus and blood test was conducted in which some infection is seen and pus is detected by doctor in anal path . In blood report it says typhoid. Doctor denied that there is no piles problem detected but acute fissure with more swelling.  5 days monocef injection 2mg two time  was taken by me. He denied that there is no need of surgery and has given some medicine for 15 days. Is the treatment going in right direction

I am facing a constipation issue due to masturbation. Whenever I masturbate , I feel muscle around my anus gets short and extremely tight and I find difficult to push. and because of this I have not done masturbation for last 3 months but then i get a night fall in sleep and the muscle again gets short. Now it has reached to its worst point and I find very difficult to poop. I am afraid to sleep if I get nightfall and it would get more tight and short and also afraid to eat anything. I have eaten only 2 meals since 3 days. How should I treat this?
