A pt diagnosed with the above disease is currently admitted to icu and is undergoing failure. He has hypoalbuminia asicitis, pedal oedma slurred speech bilirubin-21 k/c/o- HTN. No medications like albumin, lasik, tazact and much more are not working. The doctors are suggesting liver transplant. But the family is denying. All the reports which are done are raised. And doctor is saying that the pt is undergoing HEPATORENAL SYNDROME. And when the doses are tapered there is no improvement in condition Kindly suggest How can this pt be managed

Mother is currently on carvedilol 3.125 mg 1 twice for high bp n compensated asymptomatic liver cirrhosis.  BP remains in 150 sys sometimes fluctuates  n remains130, 145. Rarely reached 160 up. Diastolic 70s-80s to at times 90 up. HR 70-80.  Occasionally even after bp med, bp remains in 145 up.  Gets heavy headed when stressed or very high bp. 71 yrs female. Mild pedal edema. Prediabetes. Subclinical hypothyroidism. Taking Istamet, Thyroxine, multivitamin. Cardiologist suggested stop carvedilol and start atenolol selective betablocker 50 mg morning n 25 mg night. Liver doctor said continue carvedilol and start tenormin as suggested. *Can there be any issues initiating this ? *What alternative advice apart from this is suggested ?

He has jaundice with pancreatitis. We admitted him in hospital where he was treated for 9 days and his bilirubin was 14.39 and After 3 days when we tested his bilirubin it increased to 24.6 then again the next day we took another test for clarification which reported 20.4 and then again after 3 days when we tested it became 28.9 We are not able to understand what's going on why is it increasing then decreasing, then again increasing. We are referring him to CMC, Vellore. What should we do next???

Hi have chronic L5L6 disc herniation and taken many pain killer. Eventually it damaged the digestive system. When I sleep I feel gas and palpitations and it comes upward to the brain and I wake up. I don't eat after 5 and lost 18 kg and symptoms better but sometimes it reoccur. I am curious to learn natural and sos medicine remedies so I can sleep peacefully.

Hello doctors, I have been suffering from multiple soft stools in a day with some stomach discomfort. I had my c sec 3 months ago and this is an issue I have been having for a long time. Recently the doctor did MR enterography , faecal calprotectine, sigmodscopy but all tests come normal for bowel. Doc is telling no need for colonoscopy . I recently got a little bit of a needle kind pain  in the naval occasionally.Doc are saying it is ibs but i am not sure whether i push for colonoscopy or not.Can anyone help here.

My age is 70 years. I am doing one hour yoga, one hour walking in the morning and I swim for one hour in the evening daily.I have heavy bloating and gas problem from many years.Vayu reflux non stop when the stomach is empty. Such type of bloating occur many times in a day.I have taken allopathy, Ayurvedic and homeopathy medicine also but no result found. Hi I am 28 year old female i have got the problem of fissures so doctor gave me ointment to apply in anus and within few days everything got better but i continued to use ointment and i got fully ok .But after 2 days of getting fully better   while applying ointment i got hurt from applicator and felt like my skin got trapped in hole of applicator on left side of anal cannal and now i have pain whole day on left side onlywhile sitting as i have sitting job what to do there no problem in passing stool but pain while sitting and walking .please give valuable suggestions on this problem

Diagnosed stones in Gallbladder. She was undergone Bypass in 2021 & paralysis patient. Surgery is compulsory or any other method for removal of stones

ERCP done and stents have been set up .MRI REPORT says that  My father has a large sediment in segment II duct and ERCP report also shows a stone is in LHD but not removed due to pus . The doctor suggested we should come after 1 month and he will try to remove the stone with the ERCP process. 32mm stone can be removed through ERCP ? Is it possible? What I should have to do now?
