Hello doctor, I am a 28-year-old female. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. For the past 3–4 days, I have been experiencing mouth ulcer like symptoms. Even mildly spicy food causes burning. My mouth feels dry and sticky, and the left side of my throat feels sore, as if there is an ulcer or some infection. Because of this discomfort, I could not sleep last night. Today morning, I noticed a few dark spots on the roof of my mouth and similar spots inside my cheek. This worried me, so I visited a local hospital. They prescribed Pantoprazole 40 mg, a B-complex tablet, and Zytee gel. Are these dark spots normal? Usually ulcer spots are white or red, so I am concerned about why these are darker in colour. It's NOT cancerous right? Could this be something serious, and what should I do next?Please help!!

Confused which H. pylori test to do after treatment? I had a few symptoms, but mainly I was losing weight and having breathlessness. The doctor did an endoscopy with an H. pylori test, and it came positive. I took the 14-day treatment. Even after two months, I still have the same symptoms — weight loss and breathing problems. I am confused about which test I should do now to check if H. pylori is gone: H. pylori Stool Antigen Test or H. pylori Urea Breath Test. The urea breath test is expensive, so I want to know which one is better, which one is more accurate, and which one is enough for me.

From past 3 months I am having difficulties while passing stool. I have used sufrate ointment and I have taken sitz bath also . It heals then after 2 3 days again pain starts and I have to take stool softners. Other then this there is no other symptoms. Can I have piles or is this just fissures. Since it's been 3 months I am getting tensed . What should I do.

Hello Dr I have epigastric cramps bloating from many years. Tested endoscopy colonoscopy in September 2025 which detected h pylori, erosive pangastritis, small hernia. Gallbladder operated in 2019. H pylori medicine taken for 14 days. And continued medicines for erosive gastritis from 30 days. Currently continuing dexlansoprazole 60 & cizaspa x once a day with strict healthy light food anti inflammatory diet. But still there is epigastric bloating cramps & bowel movement 3 times per day. 60-70% relief. But iam in still confusion with epigastric cramps bloating. Can I do test whole abdomen cect with iv fluid which was earlier recommended by another gastroenterologist in April but I had not tested. Iam in confusion. Is this because of small hernia or any other condition. To whom I will consult gi surgeon or gastroentrologist & psychiatrist. Endoscopy prescription attached.

I had white small spots in stool which are in a still position and I feel light headed or low alertness after walking a few distance my cbc is normal electrolytes are normal.lft is normal kidney test is normal, feeling tired all the day
