Weight Loss & Frequent Urination
Hello Doctor, I was treated for H. pylori-related erosive antral gastritis with antibiotics and other medicines for about 15 days, followed by a reduced medicine course. It has been 60 days with these medicines. In the last 4 months, I have lost about 10 kg.
I am experiencing frequent urination at night — sometimes every 15–20 minutes, sometimes 2–3 hours apart. Please advise possible causes and if I need any tests.

H Pylori infection
I’ve been dealing with severe gas and occasional breathing difficulties since August last year. Following multiple consultation and the endoscopy, a mild H. pylori infection was detected, and I completed the full 15-day course of the Sompraz HP kit as prescribed.
However, despite completing the treatment, my symptoms have not improved significantly and continue to affect my daily life. I’m concerned that the infection may not have cleared completely or that there could be another underlying issue.

Esophagus reflux hypersensitivity
I had symptoms of severe acid reflux and not getting sleep due to reflux. I am diagnosed with esophageal reflux hypersensitivity as per 24h pH impedance test conducted at AIG hospitals, Hyd.
Also, been detected for GRADE 1 FATTY LIVER in the USG abdomen test. I had low levels of Vit D3 and B12 for which I took injections.
Other tests are normal.
Doctor has prescribed the following medication for 3 MONTHS:
TAB CINTOSHEL PR (1 in morning before food)
TAB NEXITO PLUS ( 1 at night after food)
CAP GLUHEP ACTIVE 500mg ( 1 in morning and 1 at night after food.
I have following queries:
1. Do the NEXITO PLUS is habit forming ? Do I get addicted after finishing 3 months course since it is prescribed normally for anxiety and depression?
Is NEXITO PLUS really for ACID REFLUX?
2. I am now getting acidity in the back between shoulder blades. Does tab CINTOSHEL cures this issue?
3. Can I take other supplements like SHELCAL 500 for calcium , NEUROBIN PLUS for B12, UPRISE for vit D3?
