Sir, Constant upper middle stomach bloating it's felt like a hard substance when I touch it only in the upper middle part below rib cage . And also early satiety along with excessive burping and bloating continues  and irregular bowel movements like constipation .could you please any one tell me the reason behind these symptoms ?

Hi sir/ mam I'm 37 yr old female I'm getting pain near my left side of  belly button for the past 1 month on and off.. dr gave probiotic tablets for 15 days.. I had appendix operation 18 yrs before.. after 2 years of appendix operation I got hemorroids .. I took allopathy for one month( on 2012), and after that sidhdha medicine for 3 months.. after few months that pain gone.. but external piles remains same with no pain at all for the past 14yrs.. nowadays I eating outside foods a lot so again I'm getting pain on anus also.. if I get constipation I will pain in appendix region.. So doc took a scan last yr tat time i got sever uti and colitis .. after few months that pain gone.. but now from the March month I'm having pain on my left of belly button and for the past three days I'm getting pain in anus also.. motion is not hard .but first I'm getting pain and after some hours paining. I'm getting loose motion for some day and some day constipation.. in scan thick walled rectum- colitis

Hi since 1 month I am facing cronic constipation where I was getting fresh into 2 to 3 days but now I am not able to pass stool. Feel that the passing area is very less and hard stool is unable to pass from there. Feeling very heaviness and taking the lactulose syrup 20 ml. Where is still there is no relief not even feel urge to go what to do now

Hi I have stomach left side some kind of swellinh i dont its swelling or just muscles issues i had shown 7 gp to take opinion but all told this is not swelling this is just muscles bulge but when i sleep its go away its flat stomach and when i bend its feel like swelling but all dr told this is no swelling but why i feels like thissss...and done 3 months back sonography of stomach but all are normal should i repeat?

I have gallbladder sludge due to which I suffer from RHS chest sever pain for 4-8 hours continuously after every fews days of interval. So can it be cured through medicines or I would have to go under surgery to get the gallbladder removed altogether. Or this pain may be due to other reason
