Facing anal fissure from last 10 days.consulted Gastro specialist and taking sitz bath 4-5 time ,applying piloroute ointment and using pain killer 2 times a day.But no relief till now.what is to be done.How log it will take to heal?

I had oral sex with a same women on 5.5 years and 2.2 years ago. Few weeks ago I came to know that she had many sexual partners, Hence I decided to take STD test Everything came negative but my concern is HBsAg test result came 0.93 - non reactive Since it came above 0.90 I got too much worried and repeated the HBsAg test next day along with Hepatitis b panel and test results are HBsAg - 0.45 - non reactive Anti HBc total - 0.11 - non reactive Anti HBs - 2.32 - no immunity Again 15 days after the first test I repeat the HBsAg test and result is 0.38 Since I'm getting married I worried much I'm free from Hepatitis B or Do I need any follow up tests or any recommands?

I'm frequently getting this on my tongue.. I have rheumatoid arthritis.. is this gut issue or auto immune issues..

I am getting blood from stools everytime. I have fiberrhoids. I am using pilex forte, arogyavardhini, kankayan vati, triphala vati every day once as per doctor. From a week I am getting heavy blood when I go to washroom. I have used some pads to cover the strains daily. Can you suggest some medicines? I went to hospitals , but all are suggesting surgery.

I have fissure from 1 year it get really painfull i have sitting job 12 hours and i work in night shifts. How can i fix them permanently

I have been diagnosed with a Grade 3 Fatty Liver in Nov having CAP 303 and KPA 11. I have reduced my weight from 125 to 120. In mid December I got another Fibroscan done. This time CAP is 338 and KPA 6.5. Since then I have reduced another 4.5 Kg of weight. But sometimes I feel slight pain or uneasiness in the right side of the ribs area. Current prescribed medications are Bilypsa and thiotres. Can someone tell what exactly is happening and is there any need for change in medication? Also can I take a Liver Detox capsule consisting of Milk Thistle along with current medication? Can someone suggest diet? I am pure vegetarian and mostly getting protein from Double Toned milk, paneer, curd, butter milk, besan, legumes, soya chunks. Also, using mustard oil mostly and sometimes desi ghee. Max 20 ml per day. Also, I have kidney stones in both kidneys 3.1 mm and 2.4 mm.

I have diaganosed with severe erosive pangastritis and bulgar duedinities and pin point ulcers in body andrum fundus. In early times i have suffered severe stress and now it ok. Erosive pangastritis cause any stritcher formation or any complication. I regulary drink cuccumber juice in empty stomach.

Iam suchithra having diarrhoea for 1 month I visited primary health centre but it didn't cure ...later I visited gastro enterologist they take my colonoscopy and upper endoscopy then they ruled out ibd,cancer but after my biopsy results showing H pylori mild infection,ieitis caused by eosinophils like that apart from gerd,hiatus hernia,lax las is there in endoscopy report... I have a question about the disease eosinophilic enteritis...how complicated it is...how to  treat this ...how to manage life with this disease... Pls reply...
