I have experienced a burning sensation at the lower abdomen what is the reason for this is this a serious condition

My SGPT and SGOT went up to 650 & 750, after 1.5 months it has come down to 60 and 70 and the treatment I receive now is only Liv52 and Glucose but my body still feels extremely weak I get tired even if I sit for too long , so I'm mostly lying down in my bed and when I get up I get light headed . I eat like a bird and still get heartburn and acid reflux , I can't digest anything other than rice . Now my weakness won't get better if I don't eat and I cant eat because I can't digest . What should I do ? Also is this level of weakness normal in such a case? How long does it take for the liver to get back to its usual state ? What kind of diet should I take?

Hi doctor I am having pain that is radiating from diaphragm area right side to upper chest mainly underarm and then upper back. Sir My father is suffering stomach and lower abdomen pain with full body burning and constipation  since six month.Still he has urine infection so he is taking antibiotic.But still he is facing same problem. Father medical history 1.Pace Maker 2023 2.Gall bladder operation done 2024 3.Mild stroke Nov 25 4.He is taking sugar and hypertension medicine. Pain and inflammation while passing gas and stool. There is irritation and itching sometimes in that area

I am having normal stools, if I feel sensation for motion then only mucus will come after that I feel tired. After having breakfast I will be normal entire day. It's the same next morning what might be the issue? I tried with antibiotics also it was leading to loose stools.

Can I take Nexpro 40 before lunch if I missed before breakfast? I am having ache in upper abdomen, along with nausea.

9 days ago i was trying to do one hand push up felt sharp pain in the abdomen got layed over immediately from then on there is heaviness and bloated feeling in the whole abdomen area with appetite decreased and had lost 4 kg from then the whole body and brain feels weak and fatigue after the incident bowels have gone loose and frequent brain feels foggy and confused since the pain begun in abdomen

Very little blood in stool, stool is pale yellow, burb and due to acid pain in chest, no pain in stomach, acid in night also
