Only problem i feel is muscle tightness or spasm & anal feel shrinksd that make my soft stool to hard pass,my hard stool problem got relived because of stool softeners ,Sir/Mam what can i do feel muscle relaxed Doing stiz bath 2times daily Omeprazole Gastro-resistant Capsules IP 20 mg pu Gel for applying Amoxyclin & Potassium Clavulonate *Aceclofenac, Paracetamol & Serratiopeptidase Tablets( taking from today) Dr told me get some test .?That will help me identify my problems or just needed for surgery purpose. dr told me for surgery . Do i need excersise?

Sir/ madam I am experience bloating, weird gurgling noises in my stomach for 3 days. I'm not experiencing gastric or anything I'm only hearing these noises. No pain, appetite has reduced a little, frequent urination . I am controlling how much I am eating. But is it necessary? Why is my stomach making those noises ? Could it be serious? Should i start following a diet? If so please suggest. I'm a vegetarian. Thank you!

Recently i diagnosed with fatty liver grade 2. And i take udiliv 300mg and try to exercise daily home workout. Can i take miduty liver detox too? Or should i take care anything else?

I had weight gain problem form 2023 I test around 8 time TFT but always tsh is normal but total t4 always lie between 4.5 to 5 and total t3 always lie between 0.73 to 0.92 but with all 8 TFT test i check free t4 also which came always normal only weight gain problem very easily with normal diet also is total t4 low weight gain reason not any symptoms but from childhood I had fatty body type yesterday free t4 was 1.32 and  total t4 5.2 and tsh 0.92 and total t3 0.90

Pain and discomfort while sitting and feel fire like sensation sometimes from 2-3 weeks And having hard stool

My wife has been diagnosed with erosive gastritis on endocscopy 6 months back. She had been on Vono 10mg. Her sympyoms arr too much burping and stomach pain. These symptoms keep coming back after every few days. She was also prescribed sucralfate o and rabimipide tablets for dew days. Over all it has become a chronic problem. Can we go for hpylori blood/stool tests which she is on ppi. Will this problem ever resolve?
