I have been suffering from h pylori from last 1 years, All regimes like hp kit (clathromycin+Amoxicillin)with bismuth, hp kit with metro and levofloxacin & bismuth and quadruple therapy ( metro+tetra+bismuth+ppi) tried but still h pylori positive and suffering from small superficial ulcer in stomach with pain and discomfort...what to do next? My Gastro Doctor told me (Quadruple therapy)this was the last regime which we tried and available in india) Please help and suggest this...any help would be grateful for me... Also please suggest if any lab in india have h pylori culture sensitivity test available...

In the past, I was prescribed Albendazole + Praziquantel by a doctor after showing him photos of my stool with suspicious pieces in them. Nowadays I no longer see any pieces, however I'm always gassy and minutes after eating I'm hungry, and rarely, I feel movement around my anus and at night my anus gets itchy. Sometimes I feel movement in my stomach. Is it possible I still have parasites? I'm often dizzy too and get headaches.

I experienced acute pain since last Monday in my perianal region for 3days...I was unable to sit properly due to pain... I also missed my work... After consultation with doctor he prescribed me with ano relief ointment... A Laxative... And some tablets for gas... And suggested for sitz bath... Although it helped... Now there is little to no pain... But still I feel a discomfort when I sit for prolonged time. Please guide me.
