Dear Doctor,
I wanted to update you about my condition. This started after I completed a course of antibiotics for a throat infection. The next day, my stool became very hard, but I thought it might be a one-time issue.
However, the next day I had sharp pain and was unable to pass stool. I increased my water intake and ate fruits, but there was no improvement.
After that, I took Duphalac syrup, but even the next day there was still pain and no relief. Later, I took two Dulcoflex tablets at night, and within about an hour I was able to pass stool and felt completely cleared.
The next morning I felt slightly better, but there was still some pain and no bowel movement. Since then, I continue to feel the urge to pass stool, and I can feel it coming, but it does not pass. I am passing gas, and there is no blood.
Currently, I still have the urge but am unable to pass stool properly.
Could you please advise
