Mounjaro doses
I started mounjaro 5 mg then jumped to 7.5 and then again came back to 5mg. Now its been 3 months on mounjaro with no side effects and hunger came back rapidly and already gained back 3 kgs after losing 15kgs in total. Can i take 10 mg directly and skip 7.5 mg.

No you have to be escalated step wise.
Even if you have had 7.5mg earlier this time again you will need to start stepping up from the lowermost dose i.e. 5 mg for 4 weeks then 7.5mg for weeks and so on if required.

One weight has been reduced, try to reduce further or maintain it by natural means, I.e. life style measures, regular physical exercise.
Because again if you take and then stop the tablet, weight can revert to increased side rapidly.
