Constipation with hard stools
Im suffering from constipated hard stools since 2-3 days along with bloating and acid reflux too. I took pantap dsr and even lactulose syp.for it but still not much difference found. Please help me guide towards better teeatment.

Constipation with bloating and reflux is often due to gut motility issues and diet. Lactulose may take some time, but if not effective, you may need a stronger osmotic laxative or combination therapy
