How to take cremaffin plus syrup for hard stool? Do we need to gulp down 10 ml  cremaffin plus syrup first and then drink warm water or simply gulp down the syrup?

Hurts on touching and has whitish colour. Has burning sensation on touch as well. Requesting some guidance and remedies for the same.

From past 13 years I feel a uncomfortable feeling in my anus Not always but 60% of the year mainly when I have dry and hard stools But off late I have this feeling through out and when I walk a lot I tend to get a slight more uncomfortable pain there I visited doctors no one did a examination I am not sure if it's piles or anal fissure I want to know what is it and get treated for It

Is 10.6 afp marker test is alarming. What are the normal Levels and factored effecting ado marker results

She had flu like symptoms 1 week back for which she took sinarest, ciplox now she is suffering from consistent nausea, even on eating something very little, unable to eat anything for 3-4 days along with loss of appetite and fever on and off and she looks weak she feels like even speaking something would trigger nausea She is taking ciplox-tz, aciloc for the same Only headache has subsided which was focal but rest of the symptoms not resolved yet Kindly suggest

My sgpt is 67 U/L it is normal ya need medicin, still I am not taking any medicin.. kindly advice please

About 1.5 years ago, I was diagnosed with a small stomach ulcer and tested positive for H. pylori. I completed the prescribed medication, and the symptoms resolved at that time. However, for the past 8 days, I’ve been experiencing a persistent heartburn-like sensation. Should I consult a doctor again, or is it okay to take the H. pylori treatment kit on my own?
