I have problem of frequently mouth ulcer Gas problem Change of bowel ( sometimes constipation and sometimes non shape of stool) Weight loss(around 10kg) No bleeding from stool No diarrhoea ( motion one time daily ) No consistent pain or history of stomach pain No fever Actually Last week i have niddle pain in right abdomen first time that last long 3-4 days and went away after  antibiotic course. But my gasteronologist planned for USG follwed by colonscopy and found multiple apathous ulcer in terminal ileal...and took sample for biopsy to know the cause he said it may be TB and crohn's disease. I am attaching ultrasound and colonscopy for your reference please guide and advice me what it could be??

Hi, Attaching my friends  blood report for lft and cbc. Is the report ok? Bcos the comments section for lft denotes something..is it a concern to check?
