I am a  4 month breast feeding mom suffering from pain  to pass motion since delivery yesterday I saw bleeding while passing motion and it pains a lot Severe pain, burning sensation and itching through out the day in the anal region after passing the motion

How serious is it if I develop a pus-filled lump near my anal area while having a fissure, and what should I watch for after it has been drained? Photo is before drained

May 2024: First episode of bright red streak on stool → resolved with laxative. Jan 29, 2025: Significant bright red dripping after bowel movement → stopped after laxative + antibiotics + bleeding stopper. DRE was normal. Feb 20, 2025: Bowel cramps/inflammation, lasted 4 days → resolved with medicines. Temporary 2–3 kg weight loss, later regained. Mar 24, 2025: Minor bright red streak on stool with burning. July 6, 2025: Constipation, 2–3 unsatisfactory motions, anal rim burning, slight watery red stain on finger while washing. Later stools without blood. Aug 2025 (current): For past few days, dark brown sticky stool, incomplete evacuation, no visible fresh blood. Weight has been stable/increasing for >3 months. No fatigue, no black/tarry stool. Can u help me identify the problem.

10 days back, I have light coloured stool and I took LFT on same day. Now for last 2 days, my stool colour is in dark brown without any medication. Please check and let me know if it is normal. 44 yrs Male with BMI 34 I am diabetic and having fatty liver. Today my fibroscan indicates that LSM is 13.8 and CAP score is 291. My LFT results are normal. Can you advise if this can be reversed or contained?

For the last 8 years , I have been feeling that whenever I take any tablet of ppi group, muccain gel , sucramal, cremafin, I feel severe joints pain and burning feet , From 2021 to 2024 I was continuously consulting rhumetolgoist , all blood test and radiological test are quite normal, at lest consulted with 5- 6 top rhumetolgoist ,they all denied possibility of arthritis, When I feel constipated I feel epigastric pain no burning, nexprol l better work to me but after taking one week knee joints , feets and finger pain and hip pain occurs , now taking vonozopram 20 mg but not so effective
