Hello respected doctor i recently got through laproscopic cholecystectomy so I did some imageing (cect and ultrasound) both are normal in context of liver apart from borderline hepatomegaly liver is 15.0 cm In routine lft test sgot is 40.6 and sgpt 76 I am overweight bmi is 32 I read a lot of things on internet about liver conditions currently I do life style modification 40 minutes exercise a day. Is fibro scan necessary

It looks like u r having NASH... Needed to start on medications and also some more blood tests r needed..After 2 months get one repeat LFT.. Reduce BMI and target it upto 24.. if persistent elevated LFT after all measures needed fibroscan n liver biopsy
