Pain in Large intestine sometimes Problems of digestion and feeling of vomiting often Need to go washroom after having food

My initial part of stool is very hard everyday and then soft that's why I'm feeling pain and for that I have piles problem...I'm taking enough fiber and lots of water still same problem everyday..I'm taking cremaffin plus syrup 15 ml twice a day for two months and I was feeling good...but now cremaffin plus is not effective like before..what can I do now...can I increase the dosage of cremaffin plus??is it safe for daily use in high dose?
