Sir this is my colonoscopy report I have some questions This is tumor or swelling or colon bend area Iam lot of worried

I have done my stool test.Pus cell is 2-4,epithelial cell is 3-4.Other indicators are normal. I have gas from last 15 days.Should I go for stool culture test? I have done my sonography as well and everything is normal..Plz suggest.

When I go for motion pus and motion is coming some time motion not come pus is coming mild pain near belly

Good Evening, Doc Please find the attached Biopsy report and my doctor says it's not Crohn's disease, continue Meds of Mesalmile 1mg( Powder )and Safeimmune (probiotic Capsules) for 3 Months. Can I continue the drug for 3 months & Any other conditions in Biopsy please share .

I have LPR since 2019 with throat bleeding for a year, confirmed by ENT. Manometry shows a small hiatal hernia, but 24h pH impedance test showed no reflux. Despite this, I have classic silent reflux symptoms. Can Nissen fundoplication be done based only on manometry and persistent LPR symptoms?

My SGOT is 62 AND SGPT  is 116. My bilirubin total is 0.38. My triglycerides is 153 and VLDL is 30. I have PCOD and is under medication (yasmin).I recently suffered from a throat infection where I took cepoderm xp 375 antibiotic and sompraz D40 . Can you please tell me the reason for this abnormality in this report. Actually I gained weight few months back so I started doing exercise and and diet control for  3-4 months. Please tell me the reason for high SGPT and SGOT.
