Recent regular blood tests for LFT and  show SGOT 38 ,SGPT 77.4 ,GGPT 73.8 and Uric acid 7.40. I don't drink. Any suggestions how we can revise this.

Hi, I had my gall removed because of stone and year back and i also had pcod since teenage, i have tried multiple diets but i am only gaining weight, i have bloating, acid reflux and i always crave for sugar and carbs, i also have some symptoms of insulin resistance, no matter what i try my weight keeps in reasing it is now in 3 digits, is it ok for me to go on semaglutide?

From morng my stomach bloating Took pan40 . Still bloating exists. At the junction of oesophagus and stomach a pin point pain comes and stop. As soon excess burping gas is coming continuously. Then the pin point pain stopped. Bloating exists continuously. Cannot lie in bed.
