Whenever I take any tablet related to gastric I immediately feel upper foot pain , burning feets and knee joints and finger of both leg , the problem occurs just after taking any below medicine Pantaprazole Esmoprazol Rabeprazol Sucramal Muccain gel Cremafin Any above medicines , I feel severe heel pain I have consulted 5 rhumetolgoist My all blood test and radiology test are normal But why I feel this problem Above medicine people daily use over the counter

I have no pain during bowel movements. The pain starts after 5 mins and lasts for several hours. I feel a sharp pricking pain inside my anus almost like a needle stuck inside. Is it a fissure or spasm or internal muscle injury? I had a vaginal delivery few months ago. The baby weighed 3.3 kg and I had an episiotomy. Could this be the cause? It's making my PPD worse. I had upper gi endoscopy and diagnosed with h pylori and my doc prescribed me with triple therapy for 15 day after that the pain and discomfort was gone then again 20 days after completing the therapy am feeling same pain and discomfort while eating and during burping. What it means ?
