I’ve been feeling a small flesh-like lump or swelling just outside my anus. It’s a bit uncomfortable and slightly painful, especially when I sit or clean the area.I think it's haemorrhoid .please suggest some medicine

Hi Dr, I'm feeling stomach pain since last 14  days, like burning and irritating..so Doctor prescribed me Nexpro IT tables and veeraft syrup..I feel bit comfortable however problem is not fully resolved..now my doctor is out of station. . In this case how long it will take to get full relief. Does any antibiotics required? Other then H poly what other bacteria can infect stomach. what test need to taken to identify the  bacteria Thanks in advance

I am a 40 year old female suffering from fissure+ sentinal tags since 2008. Treated it by anobliss ointment+antibiotics + painkillers prescribed by the surgeon.It repeats every 6 years since then. currently I'm suffering from constipation and fissure reoccurrence for the last 3 days. I'm taking fiber rich food like bhindi, beans, cucumber,no spices, drinking  water. Sharp pain while bowels. Now I feel like dying. please suggest cure for the time being.
