My gastro prescribed me to take 2 Mox 500 capsule at morning and night for 14 days for H Pylori gastritis.Is it safe to consume dose 1000 at a time and a total of 2000 for 14 days?

I've got usg of whole abdomen done. It says cholelithiasis. Also, multiple mobile calculi upto 1.7 cm. CBD is clear. I always feel nauseous and have severe constipation at times. Stomach also burns at times. Does it indicate I have gall stones and need surgery?

I have a visible bulge exactly below the belly. It is found as dome like shaped exactly in the middle of by belly and main point. I have been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and am currently under the care of a highly experienced doctor. I was prescribed Ganaton and Vonoprazan . However, since starting the medication around 12–13 days ago, I have been experiencing constipation. My next follow-up appointment is scheduled for June 20th. I would like to know: Could these medications be causing the constipation? Should I consider stopping the medication or continue taking it until my next visit?

I have been having pain in the upper part of my stomach for the past 2-3 days. The pain comes and goes. I’m also feeling very hungry all the time. It feels like there is some swelling or maybe acidity. There is a constant uneasy movement or sensation in my stomach throughout the day. I don’t have constipation, but it feels like my food is not getting digested properly. Can you please help and advise.

I am dacing anal prolapse during passing stool, which is very painful ,body part has to be pushed back  . Stool is generally knotty and mucus mixed,difficult to pass. Bowel moovment regularly irregular, generally 2to 3 times a day. What could be cause and remedies, please advise .
