Hello doc, iam suffering with IBS c type frm past 6 yrs, how can I get ride of it ? It's making my life troublesome...

I am feeling repetitive feverish feeling (flushed ) with daily bloating even when I eat very healthy food. I had a negative ANA profile in the past and 3 times I had ultrasound, every time I got grade 1 fatty liver with a mild splenomegaly(around 5 months back). I am not sure which doctor to check and what this can be ? I had a normal thyroid test , b12 slightly higher than lower limit and a slightly low vitamin d (these checks were an year back ), I am also experiencing significant hairfall from a few months . Kindly help. I have a history of anxiety and I was on flunil 10 mg from 4 years recently stopped since a month. These symptoms keep coming back and feverish feelings annoy me a lot. I also feel pain when I grab my abdomen fat. I have normal body weight and diet with minimal outside food.

My husband has hep b but undetectable viral load an normal live enzymes, He has very low sperm count and gyncacolgist recommended ubiq300 and maxoza L.Is it safe?

What will it cost? laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication + hiatal hernia surgery? Patient has aspiration

Whenever I have a heavy meal my stomach is paining! I have digestion problems & I only eat 1 chapaati at night! If I eat heavy at night then I vomit in the morning while brushing! I lost a lot of weight as well! I have very less energy than I used to have! I use cyclopam tablet for stomach pain! It works! I also have constipation!

I tested Typhoid 1:80 and 1:40 Range, My Right Side of body head to tail fell heaviness, When I do kapalbharti My right side stomach pain starts, right side shoulder also pain starts and Excessive Sweating from right side of head. Also I Feel Fever, Mouth Infection and Cold. What medicine should I use or Which Specialist Doctor I have to See?

3 months before I had an external hemorrhoids which was very painful and slowly the conditions improved. It is still there but not causing any discomfort. Recently I found one more hemorrhoid seems to be coming from inside and it is not going away since 5 days. I am worried if it is grade 4 hemorrhoid. I am at a place where I cant get medical attention until 2 3 months. I am worried if it gets worse and afraid if i had to go for surgery. Please suggest me what I shohld I do? If I had to get it treated immediately? Will there be any medication or just surgery? Can medicines be given online without visiting hospital?

I have too much burping and sometimes food comes back to mouth, sometimes I feel a bitter taste. Most of the time i feel some gas stuck in my chest It's totally irritating. What is this problem? Is it curable permanently?

I got CT abdomen and pelvis with oral and iv contrast done and it shows 8 x 4 mm hypodense lesion on acute venous phase imaging is seen in segment VII of liver. The lesion appears isodense to the liver on delayed phase imaging. - likely benign lesion ? atypical haemangioma. Suggested short interval follow up. Is this serious? Should anything be done rn. Have gastric problems.
