I have pain middle point where chest ends pain was always in morning and at evening when I was empty stomach and I observed pain stop after eating so I consultant gastroenterologist dr who suggest me ultrasound in that ultrasound I was detected gallbladder stone which was multiple 4 mm stone but dr said me it was not gallbladder stone pain so they suggest me to do endoscopy which was also normal so dr said we can ruled out after gallbladder surgery if pain was Still there plz suggest me what to do every morning empty stomach pain start and stop after eating it's more then 6 months now it's same pattern repeating every morning and evening and some time lunch time also when I have late for my lunch

Usg-shrunk rightLiverLobe, mild splenomegaly, high liver enzymes. Fibroscan cap188,31 kpa. Ana+ve. Igg 24.5. Hb 9.5. Dir.Bilirubin0.39.Normal ferritin,platelts & bloodtests (attached).  Asymptmatic No ascites/Jaundice. Has low appetite, mild pedal edema, @times 'left' abdomen pain(chronic)if passing stool twice. Frequent dry coughing. HighBP (normal@times),  Prediabetic, knee arthritis difficultWalking. Recent TSH 10. Cataract surgery. COVID once. Meds: Recently stopped TelmirideH & TenlisonM.  Started on Verilol 3.12 (betablocker), Rifaximin500, lactulose, Sitagliptin+Metformin & Thyronorm50, nutritional meds proteins. On longterm Ecosprin AV (preventive).  2021 usg-normal liver with fatty grade1 changes & 2025-shrunken liver parenchymal changes. Possible cause of cirhosis? Other tests? Is biopsy necessary, any alternative4biopsy? R above meds ok4liver? What treatment U suggest? Should she take Hep vaccine? Imp: Continue aspirin+atorvastatin 75/20? Is Endoscopy imp @present? Pls Help

Hi Dr, my mother was having right side upper abdomen pain and back from saturday . Today she got her usg upper abdomen pelvic scan and found that she has ' mild hepatomegaly with mild diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver' We had LFT and Amylase test done LFT seems normal but Amylase value is 169. Anything serious? She is having sugar and BP Can you please suggest us if anything is serious and next action for us please?

Sir I had my routine check up one month ago in  which my bilirubin was 1.78 and sgot and sgot was 25 and 24 respectively now recently I have repeated my blood test bilirubin is now 2.0 rest all parameters are normal is there any concern

Two years ago, during an abdominal ultrasound, an incidental finding of a 2.7 mm gallbladder polyp was discovered. I was advised to repeat the ultrasound a year later. When I did so, the polyp measured 3.2 mm. The doctor mentioned that since the tests were conducted at different labs, this could be a machine error and that there was no need to worry. Should I consider getting another ultrasound this year? I have no symptoms or weight loss.
