Have pain in left hypochondria which is extremely mild but happens on and off ! Its not related to meals!!Have been eating from outside due to functions in the family Ultrasound done last month was absolutely normal! I am usually constipated and have IBS Kindly guide me

She has previously diagnosed pcos, now she developed hepatomegaly. Her symptoms include frequent indigestion, vomiting and lose stool, especially after taking spicy or rich food. Also there is loss of appetite, nausea frequently. How to manage this situation effectively so that she can control it and her loss of appetite and indigestion get cured? Please advise because she is getting weaker day by day. I am attaching her USG report.

I see a sustained pain at my navel location of stomach. The pain is not like unbearable but it is consistent all the day. I see gas problem also almost once in 2 days. The pain is similar to what I feel like when I am very hungry. Please advise medication for same.

I get mild yellow eyes, when i travel a lot or sometimes without any travel too. I had jaundice 1.5years ago. Till then , i have only elevated total bilirubin at 1.4 and direct bilirubin at 0.9. I am taking udiliv 300 and liv52 tablets. But still no visible effect in eye colour. I have tested for all hepatitis and PTINR all are normal

IM 45 YEAR OLD SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC CONSTIPATION SINCE 7 YEARS.DUE TO THIS CHRONIC CONSTIPATION I GET MANY STOMACH PROBLEMS.CURRENTLY IM TAKING CERMAFFIN PLUS, ISABOL N PRUEASE 2 MG TABLET FOR MY CHRONIC CONSTIPATION .BUT THESE MEDICINES HAVE NOT HELPED ME A BIT IN MY CONSTIPATION. PLZ SOMEONE SUGGEST A GOOD STOMACH LAXATIVE OR A GOOD STOOL SOFTNER FOR ME.

Doctor, I did laproscopy ventral umbilical hernia surgery 3 days back. But my laproscopy area looks like the image attached. What is the reason. It's sometimes itchy and painful. Is anything serious? I have the first review after 3 days. But I'm very much worried. Pls explain.
