Is 10.6 afp marker test is alarming. What are the normal Levels and factored effecting ado marker results

She had flu like symptoms 1 week back for which she took sinarest, ciplox now she is suffering from consistent nausea, even on eating something very little, unable to eat anything for 3-4 days along with loss of appetite and fever on and off and she looks weak she feels like even speaking something would trigger nausea She is taking ciplox-tz, aciloc for the same Only headache has subsided which was focal but rest of the symptoms not resolved yet Kindly suggest

My sgpt is 67 U/L it is normal ya need medicin, still I am not taking any medicin.. kindly advice please

About 1.5 years ago, I was diagnosed with a small stomach ulcer and tested positive for H. pylori. I completed the prescribed medication, and the symptoms resolved at that time. However, for the past 8 days, I’ve been experiencing a persistent heartburn-like sensation. Should I consult a doctor again, or is it okay to take the H. pylori treatment kit on my own?

I did a health checkup. Reports show: Mild hepatomegaly with Grade II fatty changes (Mildly enlarged in size 16 cm and shows moderate increase in echo texture. No focal lesions or ihbrd. Portal vein is normal) Mild fatty infiltration of pancreas (Head & body visualised normal in size and slightly increased echo texture fatty infliteration. No duct dilatation or parenchymal calcification. Tail obscured by bowel gas) Bulky uterus with altered myometrial echoes favor adenomyosis. Parietal wall hernias. HBA1c is 6.1. Kindly advise: Are these findings serious? I understand I need lifestyle changes and am working on that. Do I need specific treatment? Should I consult a specialist?

I have been suffering from diarrhoea since 4 days now .. since i was taking benzodiazipines 1 year ago and someone told me flouroquines interact with benzos can i take ornidazole oofloxacin now dat .. i quit benzodiazipine 13 months ago ? Thank you

I have pain middle part where my chest end and above of my stomach pain was always in morning and evening when I have no food and I observed that pain stop just after my eating it's more then 4 months now dr suggest me to do endoscopy which is also normal I had ultrasound also in which gallbladder stone was detected with multiple stone of 4mm I want to know is this pain is because of gallbladder stone plz help me as every day pain start in morning and evening and after had food it's stop
