For changes of liver parenchymal disease found on usg abdomen with mild splenomegaly and sgpt 52 (70 years old); No jaundice , blood, ascites etc symptoms; Has Left abdominal pain, morning cough, and acidity;   Is endoscopy inevitable to treat liver??  Is there alternative? Are liver related blood test and scans sufficient to diagnose the cause? Please help. Thanks

My father had been identified with liver cirrhosis condition 2 years ago in solapur and was under medication and also has psoriasis from last 30 years. 5 months back he belly and legs had got swollen due to discontinuation of liver medication for cirrhosis leading to ascites condition. About 3 liters of fluid were accumulated in the lower abdominal area and about 2.1 liters were removed. He then restarted the medication now there was no issue related to digestion but legs got swollen again. Recently we approached visited a local gastroenterologist in my town they had given diuretics tablets along with some other medicines based on blood report and liver function test report. I just wanted to know how severe the condition and what can be done to improve his health conditions. He is sometimes feeling breathing issues and cough exists from many days

Hello. My gallbladder surgery (Laproscopic) was done on 7th April and I was discharged the next day. Here are the medicines I was prescribed After breakfast and evening : Udiliv 300 After lunch: PAN-D, Darloac and zincovit So I already I'm having back pain but from 2 day onwards my chest feesl tight, palpitations are there and upper chest tightness and sharp needle like pain in different parts of body. I thought maybe darolac is causing it. But it's a pribiotic. Can this happen? If I feel uneasy should I stop taking it. I already took it for 3 days as prescribed

My mother haa been diagnosed with liver fibrosis due to HCV positive.. Doc are saying 30% of liver is damaged also spleen is increasing now.. Platelets count is decreasing... doc has suggested not to take salt and nobody is giving a proper solution of the problem... please help

Gas is not passing at all due to bloating and during bathroom first mucus or balgam type is coming out and then gas started passing. Kindly suggest medicine
