My father is around 67 yers. He suffers acid reflax and gas problems for the last 4 days. Any time he eat he suffers acidity at its max. He takes sompaz d and antacid Panmps. Is he need endoscopy?

I had mouth ulcers white patches and i went to dentist he said it was caused by a traumatic bite. There is also a red swelling in cheek and under the tongue I feel like a painful swelling with a blister is there which I can't seem to find but it hurts both the sides of under tongue and also the main vein under the tongue has become reddish. Also near the tonsils behind the uvula I have tonsillitis which has white dot like structure. Normally when I used to have tonsillitis I used to have high fever cold but nothing is there for now except for swelling ridges. Also I have cobblestone throat. I also felt left side pain in stomach and pain in back muscles which I had suffered in an injury long back. The doctor is saying everything is because of Gas. He thinks it's GERD. But can gerd cause mouth ulcers, painful blisters near tongue and cheek lining, strep & cobble throat  ridges behind uvula. I used to heavy smoke for 4 months 5-6 a day so total 700 cigs in 4 months. Should I get a biopsy?

I am experiencing chronic constipation since 3 weeks. Pebble like stool. Today morning noticed slight blood too. I have a history of piles. Any medicines to be taken ?

A huge lump protudes out while passing stool .The swelling is on the right wall of the anal canal covering the entire anus.The swelling reduces and goes back to the anal canal after defecation after some time or after standing .There is no blood in stool ,there is itching and mucus sometimes .The swelling was small 2 years back but it's increased its size and became stagnant.The swelling is covering 6'o clock to 12'o clock postion entirely and pressing the left anal wall.

I am also taking fibator 10 for cholesterol and udiliv and evion for grade 1 fatty liver and Amlodac 2.5 for controlling blood pressure and an antacid daily.

Hello, wonderful doctors. Just had a small doubt. I'm 27 year old male who was diagnosed with Non alcoholic fatty liver grade 2 and SGPT 62 and Triglycerides 238. I was advised to take Bilypsa 4mg for 6 months. I have changed my lifestyle, and after taking medicine for 3 months, I have undergone blood tests, which has SGPT 40 and Triglycerides 62, and rest cholesterol parameters normal as well. Should I continue the medicine for 3 more months? Thank you

Doc , how can I cure my stomach acid which is high , am on proper diet not into any fried/oily foods? any instant remedy ,took medicines for hpylori positive for last 2 months, then took 2months medicines  for nauseous and reduction of acid , I was good without medicines for last 20days then again started this nauseous, and something is hitting on throat (acid I hope) but not vomitting , if I go out my anxiety becomes high and feel nauseous too much , how can I overcome doctor any remedy for instant relief for nausea , Is aroraft suspension syrup helps for this problem ? Any diet

It's been almost 3 weeks since I have bloating and gas is very smelly(too bad), farting almost 20 times a day. After having baby constipation is constant . I'm also having nausea and I can't eat much after eating I want to vomit but haven't vomit yet , food is hardly going down to my intestine (feeling) ..meals stuck in my upper stomach (mostly large meal) bdw I don't eat much , my weight is only 50, I'm 28 years female, have one baby( normal delivery). I have to massage around to poop( I hardly poop) and it's very less quantity (poop).. what's happening.. Note- I have pco (in both ovaries) Pregnancy test negative) What's wrong ?
