Hello doctor, My mother is 62 yr old diabetic for 12 yrs and had digestion issues for a long years.. earlier gerd was suspected and she was on ppi.. since two yrs she started having muscle loss but not much of weight.. Then we took a CT scan with contrast which had the following impressions: completely atrophic pancreas with fatty replacement of the pancreatic parenchyma.Dilated pancreatic duct(7mm) with large chunky calculi withing the duct in the neck/ head/uncinate region. Kindly advice the treatment plan??

I have stomach pain and severe hip pain which is radiating to the thigh, groin and lower back making the daily life affected. Not able to sleep peacefully and also not able to sit. I had taken an colonoscopy more than a year back as I had blood stools with mucus and ct had reported as tuberculitis but colonoscopy report said normal but from few months I have irritating mild dull pain where all the scope was passed and in ribs too .I have an issue of ibs d from past 12 years .even the lower back pain have started from few days .the pain mostly is below belly button and left side near sigmoid colon.have attached the colonoscopy report.is it anything to be worried about .

I have gastric issue. I was taking esomac l bt now switched to pantop dsr...my diet is very clean like Boiled veggie, soups, oats, less oil less spice...still during night I feel anxious n cold and aftr I walk and burp 2-3 tyms thn I become normal. Please suggest something I am 100kg, no exercise, bt I do dieting

Whenever I take PPI group medicine like pantaprazol, esmoprazole, etc , after taking the medicine, immediately I feel joints pain and muscle weekness,

SGOT (AST)- 104, SGPT (ALT)- 176 Gamma Glutamyl Transferase- 118 Glucose fasting -107 Total protein- 8.3 He is non alcoholic and his weight is normal What can be the cause??
