Hello doctor. From few years when I smell some fruits i suddenly sweat a lot and feel dizzy. Then after few hours I get gas problem in upper stomach and body pains. The body pains and gas in stomach fluctuate on alternate day basis. Last year itself 1 took lot of b12 injections. Again 2 days back after smelling inhave same problem. Please advise as how can I solve this problem permanently.

Hello.. iam having fasting and I have  gastric issues. Severity leads to continuous diarrhea which I had 2 weeks before . Now again gastric issue continues gas which also has foul smell . Little abdominal pain and also delayed periods. What should I do ?

Much fart in a day with bad smell I only eat home made food and fruit also. What is the reason behind it.

Hi All, i had a full abdomen US  and was diagnosed with G1 fatty liver. liver enzymes were also slightly increased. Need to reverse it, i am non alcoholic. Pls suggest what medication i can take. i mostly do day or night shifts. pls help

I usually have bowel moments 2 times a day. Morning and evening. Stools are in brown colour but I see yellow to slight green fluid around stool. Also while flush it colours the water full brown. I don't have any abdominal pain . I sometimes get gassy. I have observed the food contents in poop within 5 hours of eating. Is my bowel transit fast? Why is this happening.

I have been taking vonogress 20mg before food and acogut 100mg after food for past one month, still if i eat heavy foods like chicken or nuts smoothie , i get acid reflux. It also causes my chest bones to pain after meal but if i walk for sometime and then lye down , chest bones doesnt hurt much, what is the reason behind this ?

Hlo everyone I am suffering from gastric problem from last 1 month . Kuch khane ke baad mere stomach fool jata hai uske bad sans lene mey problem hoti hai and left side heart mey pain hone lagta hai . Kya mujhe heart ki problem hai I am fear about it . But pet jab Khali hota hai tab kuch dard nahi hota naki gas banti hai pet mey. Help me please any one

Hi Sir/ madam I am having gerd and acid reflux ,chest and shoulder discomport and anxiety since 5 years. All the test related heart stomach done . And four years back endoscopy says errosive gerd grade A. After taking one and half month pantacid L also no improvement. Recently again I went gastrologist for loose stool and gerd and acid reflux . Doctor prescribed ibcure , essourt fast 40. But after taking this symptoms is very worst like always chest discomport burfing shoulder discomport .before that chest pain was very rare when spicy food or anixity. But after this medicine it is worst. Please sugg

Stool for occult blood came back positive. I'm a patient of ulcerative colities and srus had an apc in the past as well but now the bleeding is too high Although the CBC says haemoglobin levels are very high even though there's high bleeding. I also have problem of epilepsy and refractory tremors and I'm advised for deep brain surgery. I'm on encorate levipil lorazepam inj. And for ulcers I'm on hydrocort inj 3 times a day for 5 days ( followed this course for 6-8 times in last 2-3 mths)I used to also take  tranexa ethymslate injection for bleeding but currently i am not. Tramadol inj for pain  and pan zofer multivitamin etc for vomiting and acidity. So should start on tranexa and ethymslate inj along with hydrocort ? Doc is insisting to get admitted get endoscopy colonoscopy and apc done. But due to seizures it's currently not possible. So he's treating me with injections and stuffs temporarily. Shud i start tranexa and ethymslate
