Can we take ayurvedic medicine with allopathic ( Ursodeoxycolic acid) and which is best option for hepatitis ayurveda or allopathy.

LIVER: Enlarged in size (15.8 cm), shape and moderately increased parenchymal echogenicity. N focal lesion seen. Intrahepatic biliary channels are not dilated. Portal and hepatie vasculatures normal. Portal vein- normal in diameter Please explain in simple words

My reports have AST/ALT ratio 1.7 Bilirubin total 1.63 (direct 0.28, indirect 1.35) I have noticed that in the past from around 2019 till now, my bilirubin levels were slightly elevated in all/most annual reports but I didn't feel any other issue. Now, last year I'm also diagnosed with Gastritis and hyper acidity because of which I also have breathing problems esp in the night. What can be done?

Need to know the reason of high ALP? I have been diagnosed with 4.1mm gallstone and earlier reports are as follows- Total bilirubin - 7.62 mg/dl SGPT - 499 IU/L SGOT - 170 IU/L ALP - 111 IU/L I started the treatment and today again tested for the same and todays results are as follows- Total bilirubin - 4.82 mg/dl SGPT - 162 IU/L SGOT - 103 IU/L ALP - 257 IU/L Everything seems to come back to normal except ALP is increasing. What could be the reason behind this?

I had a scan last month and found multiple gall bladder polyps and largest is 4.8 mm echogenic foci attached to wall of gb 2nd scan recently at different center resulted: Multiple hyperechoic foci, largest is app 6mm adherent to gb wall. On same day i had another scan at the same center which i had last month but they report 4.8 mm polyp but they had my previous month report Does the polyp size increase in a month or 3rd scan i had is inaccurate in size I have no symptoms and No pain What is the risk of polyp being malignant ?

I am getting frequent hard stool inspite of doing all possible changes in eating and life style due to which i feel tear in anus and pain which is due to fissure and sometimes light bledding .I have consulted doctors also but hard stool reoccur.I feel mentally disturbed as i think now this problem will be permanent and i will never be ok as before as i tried everything and also consulted so many doctors.Please someone help me i am so tensed
