I have been suffering from anal fissure and piles for 10 years.. Despite maintaining a strict vegetarian diet,I keep getting anal fissures regularly and it results in bleeding. I exercise and walk regularly. I have taken medication across homoeopathy, ayurveda, allopathy but it keeps coming back again and again. It has taken a mental toil on my psyche and I feel sad and depressed at times .I was suggested a primary treatment using otc medicines ,it works for some days and again the problem recurs. I don't see an end to this vicious circle.please help

I have done fistula surgery fistulatomy 1 year ago.. Now i noticed blood with soft stool.. Is it recurrence Fistula??? I am confused

Hello sir i am suffering from high grade fever since 6 days and due to I have done some blood test for fever like dengue malaria and typhoid and SGPT and Sgot all come negative except typhoid IGM positive and SGPT is 92 may I know what is the reason behind that why SGPT High i am not alcoholic and fatty liver HCV AND HEP B all come negative

ESOPHAGEAL VARICES-EVL DONE (OUTSIDE) HISTORY: Mr. HS Shivakumar, aged 55 years, was evaluated elsewhere for complaints of pain abdomen and yellowish discoloration of eye and urine. On investigations found deranged LFT (total bilirubin-5.6, direct bilirubin-4.85). CECT abdomen and pelvis on 22.02.2025, showed Hepatomegaly with surface nodularity and caudate lobe hypertrophy- suggestive of chronic liver parenchymal disease. Few ill-defined peripherally enhancing lesions in the segments 6 and 7-probably HCC. Suggested serum AFP levels and HPE correlation. Portal vein thrombosis with heterogeneous enhancement of the segment 7. Periportal and perigastric collaterals. Minimal ascites with mild mesenteric fat stranding. Borderline splenomegaly. I feel phlegm in my throat always and i have a bitter taste everyday morning and a dry throat too. I wake up with a choking in the throat everyday recently got a septoplasty done .This problem is from 4 years and now it has increased alot.Not able to understand what is the problem and whom to consult.Some say it is gerd or reflux.Have been on antacids also for a long period but to no avail.
