kindly check the attached report of mine. i was given sarolitazar 4 mg in june 2025 for 40 days n my CAP scroe got down from 343 to 238 and k value from 5.6 to 4.5.
also my lipids were suddenly corrected at that time. now it is my current report, pls provide your advice. is medicine necessary for this report.

Hello Sir,
Your Fibroscan is suggestive of Metabolic dysfunction associated strategic liver disease (MASLD) also called as fatty liver.
Saroglitazar is a very good molecule for treatment of fatty liver along with reductions in blood sugar, triglycerides and liver enzymes.
At present, you still have raised ALT and Triglycerides. It is advisable to continue Saroglitazar for now. As per the Indian guidelines, it can be continued till 1 year.
Please do continue lifestyle modifications as well.
