I was diagnosed with H Pylori after my doctor confirmed with endoscopy. So he gave me PPI for 14 days and after my 14th day I cured my H Pylori infection and realised my sense of smell was reduced by 50% . My doctor told it will come back but it's been 2 months still it's not come back . I'm really worried . Is it related to any brain related issues. Please help.

My daughter's stomach pain started a month ago. She initially felt better after taking Cyclopam syrup, but the pain returned. We took her to our PD, who provided treatment and advised an abdominal sonography. sonography report showed 3mm kidney stones on both sides. We then consulted a kidney specialist who prescribed treatment after which she felt better. However after a few days, the pain returned consistently located in the center above her belly button as it was from day one. We revisited the kidney specialist, but he ruled out kidney stones is not cause and advised us to consult a pediatrician. We then took her to a different pediatrician who provided treatment and suggested observation. Also he said chances of stomach ulcers less likely. He advised continuing treatment for a week and monitoring the situation. Currently she plays normally but during pain episodes, she cries intensely. These episodes occur daily basis. What should we do next? Please Help.

I have been having symptoms like apathy, anhedonia, brain fog, irritability, impulsivity. I also get head pressure that occurs with these psychiatric problems. I don't remember how long I have been experiencing these symptoms, but possibly it would be 3-4 years In January 2024 in last year I ate chinese noodles wraps, milkshake as evening snack and walked daily for a month. At last day of this routine I had resolution of these symptoms one evening. This effect lasted 2 hours before complaints returned. Can chinese food spices cause gut bacteria to heal and effect psychiatric and physical symptoms? Is gut health related to psychiatric problems in any way? Can SIBO cause this symptoms? Can post acute COVID-19 syndrome cause this symptoms?

Hi, I delivered my baby boy on 26th January this year. I had started consuming a ferrous fumarate supplement of 300 mg in addition to my regular prenatal vitamins (that came to 327mg of iron per day) on my doctor's advice while I was 7 months pregnant. But after my delivery I continued to consume a total of 327mg of iron through my supplements for one and a half months approximately which caused me abdominal pain and diarrhea. I have presently stopped consuming all the supplements. My question is - Have I damaged my liver by unknowingly consuming such a high dose of iron every day even after I delivered my baby?

My poop is black colour from 4 days. Before that I had constipation (no poop for 3 days) bcs of periods. I am using 2 tablets Lamifin and Alenix for skin allergy. No any other symptoms like Stomach pain . But gas problem is there .

My fibroscan reading over the period of years :- 12 July 2019:- LSM = 6.1 CAP = 273 09 Nov 2024:- LSM = 3.3 CAP = 255 29 Mar 2025:- LSM = 4.0 CAP = 191 What do you interpret? My doctor has prescribed me Heptol Tab/Syp . Do I need anything more with this?
