I am daily constipated & I hv piles also so I was taking duphalac daily for last 7 months...& I felt good ...but now duphalac is not working after taking 45 ml dose...what can I do now ?? Cremaffin plus or other med nothing help me like duphalac...can I increase dose of duphalac in 60 ml?is it safe?

Can i take 40 ml duphalac daily for constipation & piles?less than 40 ml the medicine is not working for me..after taking 40 ml daily I'm feeling good..is it safe for years daily use or in high dose?can it cause any danger side effects??

Gerd problems with constipation since 10 years. Consulting physician at indore 5 times but no benefit. Suggested pantopzole 40 mg, Rifaximin 400 ,mg, probiotics with multivitamin. But 3 months before prescribed me pruvict 1mg OD, Semithocone with charcol tablet BD. I felt relief. I also suffering from varicose vain. Before 2 day prescribed me trental 400 MG. After taking it upset my stomach heavy bloating with blood in stool. I took krutin tab but no result. How I can manage it. Here at m iny place there is no expert physician for this problem. Please suggest me any solution for the problems.
