There is a small lump (Guda ke pas Gaanth) near Anal opening, I think this is perianal hemaetoma, may I know what would be effective way or treatment to get rid of this, because at the time of sprain, I have external hemorrhoid as well, will it be a reason for it, kindly suggest treatment or tube

Peri anal hematoma is not common without trauma, if you have external piles, this can be thrombosed piles..it can get necrosed (black with infection) if not treated properly. I would advise you to Consult a Surgeon. Meanwhile for the time being you can use the following tubes.
