Good evening Doctors Today just after eating dinner I went to latrine...then this happened Blood came with stool ..this is happening past 5 days with me..I am attaching my stool pic

Since last one month I am suffering from excessive burping and vomiting with stomach ache. I left tea and other carbohydrates foods but still having same issue. I used to take pantaprazole tab or Omez tab once in morning. But no improvement. Please suggest to get rid from this problem.

I am suffering from gas problem no other symptoms, passing gas after meal 4-5 times no irritation or burning, no pain. No nausea.Bowel normal. Usg normal. Is it ulcer symptoms/ can ulcer cause only gas with no other symptoms?

Can gallstones be removed by homeopathy medicines , please tell as i have 5 mm three gallstones in the gallbladder

Still pain at the beside the right side of belly..removed appendix with laproscopy on April 2025..pain persistence so took again sonography..it shows possibility of eternities..doctor given tablets and came to normal..after medication still pain is there
