Hi doctors just completed mbbs and doing my ruralship Problem is that I have stomach issues since 8 years problems I face are discomfort in stomach anal region discomfort, smelly stool and even rice and sambar makes me bloated and I have undergone endo and colonoscopy both r normal some doctors says it has ibs and some has sibo.But I pass stool regularly and even following low fodmap diet but not got results.I have spent lot on this issues pls any one guide me on What to do bcz I'm unable to study bcz of worries...

Please tell me the best medicine/injection for quickly relaxing or widening muscles & bile ducts, how long the effect of medicine will last?

Sir My mom is 50 years old . She is a non vegetarian since childhood. Now days whenever she is eating chicken, fish or egg she is vomiting but she is not vomiting after eating veg food. 2 years back she underwent a surgery of Uterus + Cervix + Bilateral tube + Left ovary and they were removed as she was having heavy bleeding. She is totally fine but now this vomit has started. What could be the cause ?

I was recommended a prostate massage by my urologist to give a urine sample. But my urology doctor stays far,I just have to travel that much for Only prostate massage. There is a nearby doctor who is a gastro surgeon and endoscopist. Can I meet him for a prostate massage, will he give a prostate massage, such Doctors have gloves and lubricant which suits prostate massage ? I am asking because I Don't want to lose money, Or I Only need to meet urologist?

After Covid I had weight gain due to WFH and less activity. Have fat in belly area mainly and Average Height 5 ft 9 Weight 83 5 months ago had pain in liver area LFT was normal Pain decreased in few days In this wedding season after heavy eating 6 to 7 times also had moderate amount alcohol 4-5 times. LFT was normal. Now feeling pain in the same area sometime side and back also Did USG whole abdomen It's showing Hepatomegaly (167mm) with grade1 fatty change. Im very much worried. I have anxiety issues. So very nervous. What should be the next step?

I am taking  Digestive Enzymes for Chronic pancreatitis and other Allopathic medicine for BP, Thyroid & BPH. Should I take Liv 52 Syrup as a precaution to protect lever from chemicals and toxins !

For three years I have been suffering from foul-smelling flatulence. My SIBO is negative, H.pylori negative(had it last year but now negative), and Endoscopy is normal. Bowel movements 5-6 times a week. I tried to find food triggers but was not able to find them. Any food can cause it. Not allergic to dairy and gluten. Stopped these for 15 days but the smell still persisted. My stomach makes a lot of noise during the night sometimes. Sometimes I also go through acid reflux issues - nausea or a few times foamy burps. Took antacids tabs, GERD tabs and syrups but not working. The problem is not gas, its the smell. Should I ask my doctor for any other test? Is there any medicine that can help eliminate the smell of gas?

Recently done with Hepatitis B profile test. In that results came below HBsAg - 0.26 <0.9 -  Negative HBeAg - 0.39<1 - Negative AHBC IGM - 0.08< 0.8 - Negative AHBC Total - 0.4 < 1 - Negative Anti HBs - 2.82 < 10 - Non reactive (Negative) But Anti - HBeAg - *positive* - 0.72 > 1 What is that result indicated. And got chylmadia positive. Exposure had 110 days before. Taken test on 45th 90th and 110th day. 45th and 90th day HBsAg test only taken and those negative. Also 110th also negative. Symptoms of leg, hand and eyes tingling and numbness , itching etc ,

I had anal fistula open surgery in march 2024. As healing was slow and little pus observed, seton suggested . In august surgery planned but in surgery as no internal opening seton was abandoned. Only scooping done. Wound was open and dressing use to be followed those days. Jan 28th 2025 MRI was taken as blood bubble appeared on same place. Now my external opening is not infected but in considering to MRI , Please suggest what actions to be taken? Do i need to plan surgery again or antibiotics will help. Attached pervious MRI and current for reference.
