The most common complaint among middle-aged working professionals is anal fissures. Poor diet habits, stress, constipation, and prolonged toilet sitting are significant contributing factors. Fortunately, most cases can be managed with diet modifications and laxatives. However, recurrence is common if lifestyle changes are not sustained. If you experience recurrent fissures, ensure you provide a thorough medical history and follow personalized advice. Although fissures may seem minor, they can be troublesome and disrupt daily activities."
Next Steps
Undergo a comprehensive consultation, adhere to the recommended treatment plan, and maintain regular follow-up appointments until you've achieved a full recovery

You have to get evaluated by a surgeon and may need surgery at the earliest of your convenience. Medical management and lifestyle modifications will help but not permanently. Recurring problems have to be treated without any delay.
Next Steps
Consultation with a surgeon
Health Tips
Maintain good hydration
Sitz bath 2-3times/daily for 15mins
Avoid oily and spicy foods
Stop eating foods that cause constipation
To avoid fissure: AVOID CONSTIPATION.
Even after surgery, if constipation is not cured; recurrence is very high
Next Steps
1. High Fiber diet (plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables)
2. Avoiding: oily/spicy/non veg food & all kinds of addictions.
3. plenty of oral fluids 3-4L/day
4. regular exercises
still if not improving, surgery (surgery only as last resort)
Health Tips
laser surgery can be considered as it requires minimal cut, faster recovery.
